What does the beehive produce?!

Honey is undoubtedly known as liquid gold because it is full of nutrients and never expires. It is one of those foods that you can enjoy anytime without worrying about it expiring. It is believed that this sugar substitute can last for centuries and decades and still taste the same, only if it is packaged and not adulterated or treated with chemicals.

1_ Wax: It is one of the products that takes a long time and a lot of effort from the bees, as they secrete it from the (sternate) gland located on the lower surface of the worker bee’s abdominal rings. It is known that producing a kilo of beeswax requires the effort of producing 9 kilos of honey.
2_Propolis: Propolis is a gummy substance that bees collect by collecting resinous gummy materials from the bark (the outer wall of the tree edge) of trees and their buds and processing them by the bees and adding some abdominal secretions from the bee’s abdomen. Bees use propolis to narrow their entrances in the winter and to stick wax frames. Bees also use it to mummify some insects larger than bees that enter the hive and the bees cannot get them out after killing them.
3_Royal food: It is a gelatinous substance secreted by newly hatched worker bees from glands in the front of their heads. This liquid is considered the main food for the queen bee. Recently, it has been proven that royal food activates the body’s organs, increases the speed of food conversion, cures cases of fatigue and weakness, activates the glands, and leads to increased sexual activity, whether the weakness is caused by age or other causes.
4_ Pollen: Pollen is the pollen of flowers or the powder found in flowers. This powder sticks to the hair in the bee's body. There are also pockets in the bee's hind legs called (pollen basket). The bee collects the powder stuck to its body in those pockets and brings it to the hive. There are also special traps in the hive for pollen grains in which the latter is collected and then extracted from the hive. The pollen grains collected by bees are considered the main source of the most important nutritional and therapeutic components in what comes out of the bees' stomachs. It has recently been proven that pollen grains themselves retain some of their distinctive nutritional and therapeutic properties. The use of pollen grains collected by bees began as a concentrated food for vitamins, amino acids and mineral salts, and then it was used as a treatment for many diseases.
